Camels in the Mist

Well, technically it’s not a dongle. I guess it just ?looks? like one…. ? By the time i had bought my first computer, dongles were out of style, so i don’t have a lot of experience with them.

I recently got a Kensington wireless mouse for portable use, as carrying around a mouse with a tangling wire is annoying, and the laser drains my laptop battery like nothing else.

The “dongle” in question is the wireless transmitter that plugs into the USB port on the back of my laptop. I pulled it out for the first time today, and i was inundated with carefully worded requests that involved all manners of coming into contact with my “dongle”.

I’m scared.
